Terms
Last updated 16.10.2026
These terms apply when you use AFTERHRS, the app and this website. AFTERHRS is run by [OWNER NAME], [ADDRESS], Denmark. By using AFTERHRS you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your passcode to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person, one account. Don't pretend to be someone else.
Events and hosts
Events on AFTERHRS are run by independent hosts, not by AFTERHRS. The host is responsible for the event, the venue, safety, permits and following local law. We are not part of the agreement between you and the host.
Hosts must give honest event details, keep addresses accurate, and only run events that are legal where they take place.
Tickets
- Tickets are sold by the host through AFTERHRS. Payments are handled by Stripe.
- The price you see includes a service fee that goes to AFTERHRS.
- Refunds are up to the host, except where the law gives you a right to one. If an event is cancelled, the host must refund ticket buyers.
- Each ticket has its own door code. Once it is used, it stops working. You can send a ticket to another AFTERHRS user in the app, and the old code stops working.
- Don't resell tickets outside AFTERHRS.
What you post
You own what you post: messages, photos, pages and mixes. You give us the right to show it in AFTERHRS so the app works. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the rights to. We can remove content and close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
We work to keep AFTERHRS running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for events run by hosts, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Danish or EU consumer law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Law
Danish law applies. Questions go to hello@afthrs.app.
