Common questions

When do I get the address?

Most events show the address from the start. If a host keeps it back, it unlocks at the time they set, and you get a push when it does.

Where are my tickets?

Under MY EVENTS in the app. Each ticket has a 6-digit door code and a QR.

Can I give my ticket to a friend?

Yes. Tap Send to someone under the ticket and type their username. Your code stops working and they get a new one.

I forgot my passcode

On the login screen, tap Forgot passcode. We email a code to the address on your account.

How do I become a host?

Go to YOU in the app and tap Apply to host.

How do I delete my account?

Go to YOU, then Settings, and tap Delete my account.
